HubSpot Optimization Specialist
We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Optimization Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for optimizing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean, accurate, and well-structured data as we migrate to a new instance.

Responsibilities
* Data Cleanup: Support a data cleanup project for 6,000+ records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* HubSpot Architecture: Deploy and manage a new HubSpot architecture to optimize data structure and workflow efficiency.
* Data Analysis: Analyze performance data and develop reports to support strategic decisions.
* Automated Workflows: Create and refine automated workflows, sales processes, and customer journeys within HubSpot.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on best practices for HubSpot use.
* Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve HubSpot-related issues, working with HubSpot support as needed.
Requirements
* HubSpot Experience: 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot CRM.
* Cross-Object Relationships: Strong understanding of cross-object relationships and association labels in HubSpot.
* Workflow Management: Expertise in setting up, customizing, and managing HubSpot workflows, pipelines, and dashboards.
* Data Entry: Experience in data entry, CRM data migration, or data cleansing projects.
* Analytical Skills: Proven ability to optimize HubSpot for lead nurturing, scoring, and segmentation.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to Have Qualifications
* HubSpot Certification: Certification in HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or CRM platforms.
* Agency Experience: Experience working in an agency or managing multiple client accounts.
* Automation Skills: Skills in automation beyond HubSpot (e.g., Zapier or custom integrations).
* Data Governance: Experience with data governance and CRM best practices to ensure long-term data accuracy and compliance.
