The Clinical LIMS Europe Program will serve as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe, and this role is crucial in defining and delivering the product roadmap.Job DescriptionYou will work with a dedicated team developing enhancements to a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and supporting its multiple customers.Location and Business SupportBrazilHow can you help us?As a Tech Lead Delphi Developer, you will:Lead development teams locally, reporting to the Software Engineering Manager in EuropeSet targets and mentor team membersEnsure quality in developmentParticipate in sprint planning and retrospectivesAssign and deliver tasks during sprintsEstimate complexity and workloadSelect appropriate technical solutionsDesign, develop, and deploy changes to the LIMS based on user and business requirementsCollaborate with team members to support the LIMSWork with Engineers and QA to ensure high-quality solutionsFollow best practices and quality standardsExperienceAre you our kind of extraordinary?Experience as a Tech Lead in local line management4+ years developing solutions with Embarcadero Delphi 2006 or later (Delphi 12 preferred)Experience with Delphi for Windows Services and/or UI Forms is a bonus7+ years experience with Oracle PL/SQLStrong knowledge of server-side development with Delphi and/or Oracle PL/SQLExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsGood understanding of relational databases (Oracle 9i, 11c or later)Knowledge of Agile practices, especially Scrum and KanbanExperience collaborating with Business Analysts and Software ArchitectsSome experience with test-driven development and automationComfortable with unit testing and mocking in DelphiAbility to translate requirements into technical solutionsQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or similarAdditional InformationPlease submit your application in English, as Eurofins' team is international.Working hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, Hybrid work modelWe support your development and encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
