This is a high-energy, phone-based role designed for individuals who are confident on the phone, competitive and motivated by performance-based income. You'll work with inbound calls, warm online leads and outbound follow-ups, giving you multiple opportunities to earn and grow.What you'll do:Handle inbound calls from customers requesting moving quotesFollow up with warm leads and make outbound sales callsQualify prospects and close sales over the phoneAccurately log call notes, follow-ups and outcomes in our CRMUse proven scripts while developing your own closing styleMaintain consistent daily activity (calls, talk time, follow-ups)Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goalsAttend remote coaching and training sessions as scheduledCompensation & Employment Type This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. During ramp-up, we provide a minimum guaranteed draw of BRL $7,000 per month against commissions.
