Enterprise Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Support Engineer to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a major enterprise customer, providing technical support and developing features tailored to their needs. This role involves working in a collaborative environment, communicating effectively with the customer through regular calls and messages.
You will also participate in engineering sprints alongside other developers and product staff. The ideal candidate will have senior‑level full‑stack JavaScript experience, as well as a background working with enterprise customers or complex implementations.
Strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver custom features to meet the customer's requirements.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Communicate directly with the customer via calls and messages.
Work collaboratively within engineering sprints and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements
Firm command of English language (spoken and written).
Senior‑level full‑stack JavaScript experience.
Background working with enterprise customers or complex implementations.
Comfortable in a mixed engineering + support role.
Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
