Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Home Care Scheduler to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles and be proficient in using EMR/scheduling systems.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows to ensure continuous client coverage
* Handle inbound (and some outbound) scheduling calls and texts from caregivers, clients, and agencies
* Proactively identify coverage gaps and resolve scheduling conflicts in real time
* Document updates accurately in the system to avoid missed calls or service disruptions
About this Role:
This is not a typical call center role. Schedulers handle complex scheduling challenges, anticipate problems before they escalate, and partner closely with caregivers, clients, and agency staff to keep care delivery on track.
Requirements:
* 1–2+ years in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles
* Familiar with EMR/scheduling systems (e.g., WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare)
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; comfortable working with AI-driven tools
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve urgent scheduling conflicts
