Requirements include:
* 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
* Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies
* Familiarity with technical and non-technical profiles
* Solid sourcing skills, including social media and job boards
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Upper-intermediate English proficiency
