This role is critical in driving revenue, ensuring partners satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The specialist will act as the support contact for assigned accounts, ensuring that their needs are met while aligning with company objectives. Your responsibilities Maintain and reinforce long-term relationships with strategic key accounts (e.g., Magazine Luiza, Fast Shop, Casas Bahia) in the Brazilian market. Supporting in sales strategies for key accounts, ensuring efficient alignment between client needs and company resources. Make regular visits to key clients to establish senior-level relationships and enhance customer loyalty. Analyze client business needs, provide customized solutions, and drive contract signing and order fulfillment. Gather client feedback and competitor intelligence to provide recommendations for product optimization or market strategies. Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage client information and sales pipelines. *Work from Office position* Requirement for the position Bachelor’s degree in or higher in International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with the Brazilian Key Account (KA) channel; 2-3 + years of KA management experience preferred. Proven success cases in the Brazilian market are highly advantageous. Exceptional negotiation, client relationship management (CRM), and business development skills. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and CRM systems. Fluent in Portuguese and English (Mandarin Chinese/Spanish is a strong advantage). Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus.
