Zoomlion is looking for a Director for Latin America;
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the centralized management of business in designated regions and for meeting commercial indicators.
- Responsible for guiding the development of strategic plans for designated regions, selecting target markets, identifying key strategic initiatives, and breaking down and quantifying operational objectives and strategic goals.
- Responsible for establishing a management system for designated regions, organizing the team to develop marketing strategies and policies for priority regions and businesses, allocating corresponding resources, supervising execution, and monitoring progress.
- Develop and manage sales channels, establish and improve process control and results management procedures for sales in the region, organize and implement plan management, and perform results-focused execution control.
- Responsible for team building, especially the organizational structure of countries in the region, building the organizational culture, and evaluating employee performance.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in overseas sales
- Experience in sales management
- Proficiency in English or other languages
- Ability to adapt to relocation and business travel abroad.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, English, Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
