Build and maintain timelines, workback plans and trackers, ensuring every step is clearly owned, documented, and on track. Coordinate cross-agency and vendor collaboration, scheduling meetings, chasing inputs, consolidating feedback, and ensuring deliverables are received on time. Support the team in delivering monthly and ad-hoc analytics reports, helping to organize data, structure outputs, and get everything ready for review. Prepare and polish PowerPoint decks that clearly communicate insights and recommendations, following brand guidelines and stakeholder expectations. Keep everything organized in Excel / Smartsheet (trackers, status reports, action logs, risks, issues, decisions, etc.). Run and document meetings: prepare agendas, take detailed notes, capture next steps and owners, and follow up to keep everyone accountable. Spot opportunities to improve processes (e.g. how briefings, reviews, or handovers happen) and suggest better ways of working. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, fun team culture. Skills you have Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital marketing/marketing analytics. Strong background managing multi-step, multi-stakeholder projects (internal teams, agencies, and vendors). Advanced PowerPoint skills. You know how to build clear, visually polished decks that tell a story with data. Hands-on experience using Asana or another project management tool (building boards, tasks, timelines, dependencies, owners, etc.). Advanced Excel skills. Comfortable with trackers, basic formulas, and organizing/reporting on data. Excellent written and spoken English. Able to lead meetings, summarize complex discussions, and write clear follow-ups. Highly organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented. Skills that will make you stand out Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, especially US pharma.Exposure to non-personal promotion (NPP), HCP (healthcare professional), and/or DTC (direct-to-consumer) campaigns.Experience in a Business Analyst–type capacity: capturing requirements, clarifying needs, and structuring information.
