Recording Artist Wanted
We are seeking a talented individual to join our project as a recording artist. This is an exciting opportunity to capture your daily creative process and contribute to the Common Lives Project.
* You will wear a head-mounted GoPro camera to record your daily activities for 5 separate days within a 2-week window.
* Record a minimum of 7 hours per day, with flexibility to take breaks and pause the camera for privacy.
* Review short clips and choose to delete, anonymize, or consent to each video segment.
To be eligible for this role, you must work indoors in non-customer-facing roles, be self-employed or have employer consent to record in the work environment, and be able to use a computer for basic tasks such as reviewing and uploading video clips.
We will provide all necessary equipment and training on how to record, upload, and review footage securely.
Your Responsibilities
* Upload your footage to our secure platform.
* Spend around 2 hours reviewing and processing footage at the end of each day.
Requirements
* No children (under 18) present or visiting during the recording period.
* All adults in the space must be fluent English speakers and consent to being recorded.
* Must live in a private, self-contained apartment, building, or indoor work environment.
* All household members must agree to appear in the footage.
