The Compensation Associate Manager is a key member of the Global Compensation team, supporting the implementation of AI‑based tools and the delivery of data‑driven insights that inform global pay and market intelligence strategies. This role combines strong hands‑on analytical execution with growing ownership of compensation programs, projects, and stakeholder advisory. The Associate Manager supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation strategies, while progressively acting as a subject‑matter advisor and project lead within the function.
Responsibilities
Lead advanced compensation analyses, including market competitiveness, internal equity, pay movements, and scenario modeling, using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools
Design, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders
Manage a team of 1-2 individuals in day-to-day compensation processes
Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, data‑driven recommendations and narratives to support compensation decisions
Support the design and evolution of compensation policies, programs, and salary structures in alignment with business and market needs
Co‑lead benchmarking projects, including interpretation of market survey data and development of pay recommendations
Manage end‑to‑end delivery of medium‑scale compensation projects and initiatives, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely execution
Act as a trusted compensation partner to HR and internal stakeholders, providing guidance on pay positioning, market trends, and best practices
Collaborate closely with broader Rewards and HR teams to enhance analytical frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Support leadership decision‑making by providing clear insights on competitiveness, affordability, and risk considerations
Contribute to the implementation and optimization of compensation technology, vendor platforms, and data tools to improve efficiency and insight generation
Identify opportunities for innovation in compensation analytics, processes, and reporting, including evolving market and regulatory trends
Qualifications & Experience
3-5+ years of experience in compensation, market intelligence, or total rewards
Analytical expertise with proficiency in Power BI, Excel or similar tools
Hands‑on experience working with compensation surveys and market data
Ability to manage projects independently and handle complex, confidential data
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills
Written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
Strong organization and time management skills
