Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Satisfaction and Success: Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure their success through proactive communication and support.
* Acquire New Employers: Identify and acquire new employers searching for tech talent to join our platform.
* Generate Own Leads: Develop innovative strategies to generate own leads and drive business growth.
Requirements:
1. Business Development Experience: Has worked in business development, account management, sales, or similar environments.
2. HR/Recruiting Industry Network: Possesses a strong network within the HR/recruiting industry.
3. Language Fluency: Fluent in English (spoken, listening, and written).
4. Proactive Mentality: Proactive, solution-oriented mentality with excellent analytical skills.
5. Rapport Building: Able to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
6. Business Opportunity Identification: Capable of identifying business opportunities and market gaps.
7. Sales and Negotiation: Ambition to stay and grow with the company long-term, focusing on expanding our client base.
8. LinkedIn Account: A LinkedIn account is required.
