Technical Lead - Full Stack Developer
We're partnering with an innovative fintech company that is launching an intuitive, scalable mobile app.
This role is ideal for someone who not only thrives in hands-on coding with React, Node.js, and AWS but also enjoys mentoring, leading technical discussions, and shaping engineering standards.
* Provide technical leadership across frontend (React.js) and backend (Node.js) development.
* Design, architect, and deliver robust, scalable web and mobile features.
* Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.
* Integrate third-party APIs and manage complex data flows.
* Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes on AWS.
Skill & Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Lead. Strong expertise with React.js, Node.js, and AWS services. Excellent command of spoken and written English for cross-team communication. Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and scalable system design. Hands-on experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native).
