We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to our talent acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate is a student with at least one year remaining before graduation and possesses advanced English language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
• Participate in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
• Attend career fairs and networking events to represent the company and attract potential candidates.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least one year remaining before graduation.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous experience in a similar role or environment is a plus, but not required.
