Model and managerelational databases(PostgreSQL) with emphasis on auditability, traceability, and historical integrity. Ensureperformance, security, and scalabilityof backend services. Integrate with external systems throughthird‐party APIs. AI Agents & LLMs IntegrateLLM providers(OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to support operational decision‐making. ImplementRAG pipelines(Retrieval‐Augmented Generation) over operational histories. Ensureexplainability, governance, and traceability of AI‐generated recommendations. Data Engineering BuildETL/ELT pipelinesfor ingestion and transformation of operational data. Define and maintaindata models(entities such as opportunities, strategies, market parameters). Support analytics stakeholders with structured data for dashboards and strategic reporting. Ensuredata quality, consistency, and governanceacross datasets.Mandatory Skills Strong experience withPythonbackend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django). Experience withrelational data modeling ,ETL/ELT pipelines, andadvanced SQL. Hands‐on experience integratingLLMs and AI agent frameworks(LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen). Solid understanding ofREST API designand software engineering best practices. Experience withPostgreSQL. Ability to read and work withtechnical documentation in English .Desirable Skills Experience in theenergy sector, especially power markets, free market (ACL), or trading desks. Knowledge of orchestration tools such asPrefect ,Airflow, orTemporal. Experience withVector Databasessuch as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector. Experience withobservability tools(Logs, Metrics, Tracing).
