* Daily client communication via calls, emails, and texts will be essential to ensure campaigns drive real results and clients stay informed, confident, and happy.
* Clients' performance metrics such as leads, bookings, show %, close % must be closely monitored.
* Client satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates are key performance indicators for this role.
This position blends client communication, data-driven performance management, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate has previous experience in sales or lead generation, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to interpret data, proactive mindset, and team player qualities.
