What You Absolutely NeedDeep, Hands-On US Formation ExperienceYou must have real operational experience with: LLC vs C-Corp structures (pros, cons, founder fit) Delaware and Wyoming state filing processes EIN applications and IRS processes BOI reporting requirements Registered Agent requirements Operating Agreements, Bylaws, and core post-formation compliance You've filed, managed, and maintained entities yourself. This cannot be theoretical knowledge.
