The role you will be applying for is that of a Training Coordinator, part of the Operations team supporting NIIT's customers in Frankfurt. This role involves delivering outstanding service to our clients.
You will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team and be responsible for coordinating training session delivery. You will master and oversee all activities within the service, including analyzing training needs, initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation, and ensuring adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
* Analyze the training needs provided by the Client and determine the number of sessions needed to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and per site,
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation where required,
* Organize the training sessions according to trainees' expectations and availability and ensure their proper execution,
* Calibrate and coordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in the training event/program,
* Support completion of training activities by following up for attendance and invoice if required,
* Follow and ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRM tool
* Ensure Learner Support Level 2
Requirements
We are looking for someone with:
* A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations,
* Exposure to an international work environment,
* A high-level understanding of the training landscape,
* Customer service-oriented posture,
* Team player skills,
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely,
* Attention to detail, structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities,
* Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM system,
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
