Contingent Workforce Manager
We are seeking a skilled Contingent Workforce Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of contingent workforce requests.
* Provide guidance, support and facilitate requisition management with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Assist in large-scale hiring initiatives, VMS data integrity projects and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conduct intake calls, evaluate candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in recruitment, contingent workforce management and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* 3-5 years of experience in contingent workforce management or MSP operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Beeline.
* Bilingual competency across English and Portuguese.
