**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled designer with a solid foundation in both digital and print design to join our creative team.
The ideal candidate will work closely with art directors and other creatives to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables across various formats.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support Creative and Design Directors by producing high-quality visuals across multiple formats.
* Finalize assets such as emails, banners, social media visuals, direct mail pieces, and mockups based on art direction and brand guidelines.
* Ensure design accuracy and consistency, performing adaptations, retouching, and scaling for both digital and print outputs.
* Collaborate with clients, project managers, and creatives to polish concepts into final, launch-ready files.
* Balance multiple projects efficiently with the support of your team and project leads.
* Create visually engaging presentations tailored to internal and external audiences.
* Apply and respect brand systems, while contributing to creative evolution through thoughtful design proposals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Experience working with assets across multiple formats and localizations.
* Excellent attention to detail and highly organized working style.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
* Proficiency in Figma.
* Strong photo retouching skills.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets).
* Bonus: Basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus.

Senior Designer Role Summary:
This role requires 2–3 years of experience in digital and print production, preferably in a creative or agency setting. A strong portfolio showcasing polished production design work across a variety of formats is also required. Degree in Graphic Design, Art Direction, or a related field is preferred. Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
