Language: - English (required) Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. - Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell our services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. - Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Track sales metrics and report progress to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: - Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional language (Spanish) skills are a plus. - Experience: Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a strong advantage. Skills:Informational communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Tools:Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), CRM systems, VoIP, project/task management apps (ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.).
