Logistics Operations Manager - If you love building systems, solving shipping puzzles, and making fulfillment faster cheaper, youll fit right in. What youll ownYoull be the glue between supply chain, fulfillment, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:Manage end-to-end logistics: inbound freight, warehousing/3PL, outbound shippingOwn relationships performance with 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and vendorsImprove shipping speed, accuracy, and cost (aka: fewer where is my package? moments)Oversee inventory flow and replenishment planning to prevent stockouts/overstockCreate and maintain SOPs for receiving, picking/packing, returns, and exception handlingBuild dashboards for key KPIs (OTIF, shipping cost/order, fulfillment accuracy, returns rate)Lead continuous improvement projects (process, tools, automation, packaging optimization)Coordinate cross-functionally with CX, marketing, finance, and product team on launches and promosWhat success looks like (90 days) 3PL/carrier performance clearly tracked and improved Fewer shipping issues faster resolution time Clear SOPs smoother handoffs between teams Inventory is more predictable (less oops we ran out) Shipping costs are controlled while service levels stay strongWhat were looking for3 years in logistics/operations (bonus: DTC e-commerce, Shopify, Amazon, or retail)Strong vendor management skills (you can hold partners accountable politely but firmly)Solid understanding of shipping freight (domestic and/or international)Comfortable with data spreadsheets (you can measure stuff, not just feel stuff)Organized, proactive, and calm when things go sideways (because they will)Process builder: you document, improve, and automatenot just do the workTools you may use (nice to have)Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, NetSuite/QuickBooks, ShipStation/ShipBob, 3PL portals, Asana/ClickUp, Airtable, Google Sheets/Excel, Zapier/MakeWhy join usWere growing fast and need someone who can help us scale without breaking fulfillment.
