About the Client
This position will support one of our clients that is a leading healthcare company in the United States, focused on technology, operational resilience, and large-scale enterprise
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate disaster recovery (DR) testing activities across enterprise applications and services
* Develop and execute structured DR test scenarios aligned with predefined recovery patterns
* Produce detailed post-test reports, including outcomes, gaps, and recommendations for improvement
* Track the build-out process of applications and services adhering to established DR strategies
* Capture and manage corrective action plan (CAP) items in tools such as Fusion or ServiceNow
* Support the adoption of automated and continuous testing practices for production systems
* Maintain and manage scheduled (cadenced) DR testing cycles to ensure ongoing readiness
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on testing efficiency and DR process enhancements
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional DR team members and stakeholders
* Facilitate coordination and execution of DR exercises to reduce risk and improve resilience
* Support additional DR-related activities and initiatives as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications
* Experience in Disaster Recovery, IT resilience, or testing and validation processes
* Strong understanding of disaster recovery concepts such as RTO, RPO, failover, and service restoration
* Experience coordinating and executing testing activities in enterprise IT environments
* Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for tracking incidents and action items
* Ability to analyze test results and produce clear, actionable reports
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing cycles and priorities
* Experience working in cross-functional teams with effective collaboration skills
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
* Problem-solving mindset with focus on risk reduction and process improvement
