The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with stakeholders from various backgrounds and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate projects related to urban and regional development
* Develop and implement strategies for urban renewal and regeneration
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize urban development needs
* Analyze data and develop reports to inform decision-making

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Masters or Bachelors degree in economics, urban studies, or a related field
