About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Service Delivery Manager to oversee the daily operation of our Open Banking SaaS solution.
This is a high-profile position that requires expertise in managing critical applications, leading support teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for complex systems and experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution
* Provide Open Banking SME knowledge and mentoring to the broader support team
* Participate in application support and resolve customer issues
* Collaborate with development and AWS SMEs to ensure smooth operation of the platform
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in supporting production environments for financial services institutions
* 2+ years of experience in supporting AWS cloud environments
* Working experience in FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows
* Previous experience leading a support team
* Experience in successfully running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications
* Working experience in ITIL processes, mainly change, release, and incident management
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Open Banking experience
* French language B2 or above
