What You'll Do??Backend & Full-Stack Engineering
Build and maintain Django services (Python 3.9+), REST APIs, async tasks
Extend legacy raw PHP modules (no frameworks—just clean, modern PHP)
Occasionally build internal tools and dashboards (HTMX + vanilla JS)
??DevOps & Infra Engineering
Automate CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
Manage virtual machines and networks using virsh/libvirt (Ansible/Terraform)
Monitor systems via Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
???GPU & AI Infrastructure
Deploy and fine-tune NVIDIA H100/H200 clusters (CUDA, NCCL, MIG)
Serve and optimize LLMs with Triton, Hugging Face, or TensorRT
Collaborate with data scientists to design, test, and optimize prompt engineering strategies
???Debugging & Reliability
Triage incidents, investigate root causes, and write postmortems
Work closely with product & support to deliver quick, durable fixes
What We're Looking For?You're solid in...
Python (Django + DRF): Clean, idiomatic, test-driven code
PHP (raw 8.x): No frameworks; just maintainable, modular scripts
DevOps: Docker/Podman, CI/CD pipelines, secrets, IaC
VM orchestration: Hands-on with virsh/libvirt tools
GPU systems: H100/H200 tuning, monitoring, and multi-GPU configurations
Debugging: You've wielded tools like gdb, tcpdump, or strace like a pro
Clear English communicationand timezone overlap with PST & EST
Bonus Points for? Kubernetes experience (especially GPU scheduling)
? HTMX or dynamic server-driven UI work
? Distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry, Jaeger)
? Experience with comms/payments integrations (Twilio, Stripe, etc.)
