Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agile Coach to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving the success of our organization by facilitating problem-solving, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Lead ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt, ensuring smooth program-level cadence.
* Manage the ART calendar, identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean-agile principles, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
* Identify and track impediments and risks, working with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
* Promote alignment between business strategy and technical execution, communicating effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART, collaborating with teams to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong understanding of lean-agile principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Able to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
* Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Jira and Kanban.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a collaborative team.
