As a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts within the Process Automation (PA) business in Brazil. You will build strong customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver innovative automation and control solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You will report directly to our leadership team and you'll work out of our Brazil location on a remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact Honeywell's market presence and revenue growth in Brazil by effectively managing key accounts and delivering value-added solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Brazil related to the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical process industries, understanding their business needs and providing tailored process automation solutions. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions. Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective account management and contract negotiations. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior account management staff as needed. Develop and implement strategies to expand Honeywell's market presence and drive long-term business growth in the region. YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in process industrial automation or related fields. Strong knowledge of automation, control systems, and process optimization technologies. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage complex sales cycles. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
