Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer/Motion Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual content across multiple formats and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design engaging social media creatives, digital graphics, presentations, and branded visual systems
* Create motion graphics and animated elements, including transitions, text animations, graphics packages, and lightweight video edits
* Apply brand guidelines consistently while finding space for creativity and innovation
* Use AI and modern creative tools to speed up ideation, design variations, motion workflows, and content exploration
* Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to clarify briefs, address feedback, and ensure on-time delivery
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or hybrid creative role
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong working knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools
* Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, and brand identity
* Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc)
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney)
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with tight timelines and evolving briefs
* A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and an ability to embrace and act on feedback
* Clear and confident communication in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate effectively with both creatives and project managers
