The ideal candidate is a creative professional with a deep understanding of color grading and a strong background in the film industry. This role is responsible for enhancing the visual tone and consistency of our productions while working closely with directors, cinematographers, and editors to achieve the intended look of each project. It is also your responsibility for the technical and final delivery to the network.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform color grading on film, commercial, and branded content using industry-standard software (e.g., Avid Media Composer/Symphony & DaVinci Resolve).Collaborate with directors, editors, and DPs to establish and maintain the creative visual tone.Match color across multiple cameras and scenes to ensure continuity.Apply color corrections, stylized looks, and shot matching to enhance storytelling.Prepare and manage project timelines, color passes, and delivery specs.Maintain organized project files, backups, and version control.Stay up-to-date on color science, industry trends, and emerging technologies.Troubleshoot color pipeline issues and ensure accurate display calibration.Deliver the final deliverables as required by the network.Reviewing and fixing any Quality Control issues.Qualifications3+ years of professional experience as a Colorist in the film or television industry.2+ years of professional experience as an Online Editor in the film or television industry.Advanced proficiency in Symphony and/or Davinci (color grading, nodes, LUTs, scopes, etc.).Strong eye for detail, contrast, tone, and color balance.Deep understanding of color theory, color spaces, dynamic range, and camera formats (e.g., RED, Canon, Sony).Experience working in a calibrated post-production environment.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams.Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining visual integrity.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Film, Digital Media, or a related field.Experience working in a studio or post house environment.Familiarity with ACES workflows and HDR grading.Basic knowledge of VFX, compositing, or editing is a plus.Seniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesBroadcast Media Production and DistributionReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Green Leaf Productions Inc. by 2xGet notified about new Colorist jobs in Bethlehem, PA.Production Coordinator-PT- Archer Music HallWe’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
