Responsibilities
1. Exterior wash of the vehicle.
2. Dry cleaning of the vehicle interior.
3. Wet cleaning of the seats.
4. Cleaning of the plastic surfaces; detailing if necessary.
5. ouching up the floor and mats with paint, if required.
6. Engine bay cleaning.
7. Check the coolant level and top up to the maximum mark. lf the coolant is not pink but any other colour, top up with water only.
8. Fill the windscreen washer reservoir with fluid.
9. Check the engine oil level and condition. If required, top up to the maximum mark or report that the oil needs replacing (service). The oil level must be exactly on the MAX mark-_ neither above nor below.
10. Check tyre pressure and inflate all tyres to 3 bar.
11. Carry out minor repairs to plastic parts where possible,
12. Always remove the boot light bulb and store it in the cup holder next to the driver's seat
13. Mandatory deodorising of the interior. The vehicle interior must have a pleasant smell.
14. Apply the advertising sticker to the rear window.
15. Place advertising materials, price list, vehicle information sheet and paper floor mats inside the vehicle.
16. If there are visible chips or large scratches on the bodywork, touch them up after selecting the appropriate paint colour.
17. If the headlights are cloudy, polish them using paste and a polishing machine.
18. Monitor car care and cleaning products. Supplies are purchased every second Monday.
19. Keep records of wheels stored in the shed, garage, and container. Lists must be maintained in three paper copies and in electronic form (see: Google Sheets link), located in the shed, garage, and container respectively. The list must be kept up to date and corrected as needed.
20. Remove rubbish from the garage and container. Replace bin bags in the garage.
21. Clean and wash the vacuum cleaners once a week.
22. Wash the car cleaning cloths in the washing machine, using the "Mix" programme. Set the temperature manually to 60°C. The cycle lasts 1 hour 57 minutes, so make sure to start the wash no later than 2:00 pm in order to have enough time to hang the laundry out to dry.
