The ecosystem includes Envision AESC (global battery leader) and Univers (AIoT-enabled digital energy management platform).Green HydrogenEnvision is developing large-scale integrated green hydrogen and ammonia industrial parks, including one of the world’s largest net-zero hydrogen projects in Chifeng, Inner Mongolia (1.5 million tons planned annual capacity).Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end bid management for public and private tenders, including managing timelines, content development, and submission processes.Drive the preparation of commercial proposals, including coordination of technical, financial, and legal inputs.Manage internal approval processes and ensure alignment with global standards and risk frameworks.Ensure all proposals are compliant with regulatory and client requirements (Cyber, Safety, ESG, Standards, etc.), professional, and aligned with Envision’s brand and value proposition.Maintain a library of standard templates, case studies, and pre-qualification documents to support future bids.Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor benchmarking from tender outcomes.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field. At least 5-7 years of experience in bid or proposal management, preferably in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sectors. Further ~ 5 years of experience spent in end-to-end project management and delivery a plus. Desired/required knowledge of project management, including planning, schedule tracking, cost control, and team management.Strong understanding of Brazilian tendering processes, bidding laws, procedures and commercial frameworks in utility-scale energy projects. Strong cross-functional coordination to gather inputs from internal teams and manage submissions from external contributing parties (BOP contractors, other OEMs). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills: Effective verbal and written communication and the development of compelling bids. Ability to understand underlying needs or concerns, creating a shared understanding of desired outcomes.Strong problem-solving skills: Identifying and resolving technical integration issues as well as stakeholder issues, suggesting appropriate risk mitigation strategies and driving acceptance.Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across time zones and diverse cultures.Ability to communicate in English.
