We are looking for a Scrum Master with strong Agile and traditional project management skills to guide high-performing teams and ensure delivery excellence.
As a Scrum Master, you'll play a dual role as a servant leader and project manager.
You'll facilitate SAFe and Scrum practices while supporting teams through program increments, iteration execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
You'll also manage timelines, budgets, and team dynamics to foster continuous delivery and improvement.Requirements: Key Responsibilities:Facilitate PI Planning and align with other Scrum Masters and Business Owners?Support backlog refinement, iteration planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Lead projects from initiation to closure within a matrix organization Monitor project timelines, budgets, and team progress Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders Provide insights to executive-level decision-makers Establish and manage Team Kanban BoardsApply Behavior-Driven Development principles and optimize workflowFoster a high-performance team culture and continuous improvement Mentor team members, resolve conflicts, and encourage growth Ensure high-value increments are delivered each iteration Promote cross-team collaboration and build trust with stakeholders Required Experience & Skills:Proven experience in projects involving Argentine payroll (mandatory) Growth mindset and team leadership experience Certified Scrum Master (preferred) PMP or similar certification (a plus)Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies Skilled in stakeholder management and team motivation?
