As a Business Development Representative, you will have opportunities to progress into different paths, such as Account Management or Team Management.
Responsibilities
* Maintain high call volume daily (80-100 calls)
* Develop leads in cold and warm prospect accounts to generate interest in our solutions.
* Gather prospects' needs and understand their initiatives related to our solutions.
* Discover new software opportunities by calling targeted prospect accounts.
* Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities each month.
* Develop and deliver high-level product presentations to new clients.
* Participate in the development of accounts, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
* Collaborate with experienced account managers when prospecting accounts and creating opportunities.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree
* Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
* High-energy self-starter who can learn quickly and engage clients
* 1+ years of cold calling experience preferred
* Ambition to grow and build a career in sales
* Ability to resonate with the prospect's situation and detect needs
* Positive and energetic phone skills
* Customer-focused, results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills
* Salesforce experience is a plus
