The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with Portuguese as a strong preference, and will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth intake and client communication experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and route high volumes of incoming calls in Spanish and English with professionalism and empathyTake detailed messages and leave accurate notes for attorney/client callbacksManage front desk operations, including greeting walk-ins and handling inquiriesProvide support during high-traffic periods and maintain a calm, composed demeanor with frustrated or emotional clients (usually during the intake process).Collaborate with legal assistants and attorneys to ensure timely follow-upsAssist with administrative duties such as fax assignments and scheduling meetingsCoordinate with colleagues to ensure coverage at the front deskMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsQualificationsStrong American accent with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required;
