Job Description: A Bucket Operator's primary responsibility is to assist with the clearing & removal of trees along electrical power lines and right-of-ways. The operator uses an aerial lift device (bucket truck) to reach branches interfering with electric lines. Responsibilities include operating chain saws, pruners, brush chippers, and climbing trees with equipment. Candidates should have at least 6 months' verifiable experience in bucket trimming or utility/residential line clearance. A CDL or valid driver’s license is preferred; a pesticide license is beneficial but not mandatory.
Work Schedule: 4 days of 10 hours each, either Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, with mandatory overtime and emergency storm duty as needed.
Pay Rate: Varies based on skills and experience.
Work Area: Travel required across PA, MD, OH, VA, & WV. Flexibility to travel on short notice is necessary.
