Business Development Representative

Sales and Business Development are key to our success, and we're looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team.

* We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with a proven track record in generating new business opportunities through sales and marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They should be able to think independently and develop effective sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Our Business Development Representative will be responsible for:

* Conducting outbound prospecting activities using various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to engage potential customers and generate sales opportunities.
* Inbound lead generation by monitoring and analyzing website traffic, social media interactions, and other data sources to increase lead quantity and quality.
* Researching target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points, enabling effective positioning and promotion of our services.
* Handling inquiries and requests from potential customers, coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion.
* Following up on sales processes with potential customers, providing necessary information and support to facilitate the sales team's success.


Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, with a focus on SDR or similar roles.
* Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies, as well as knowledge of the rendering industry and related technologies.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish rapport with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to think independently and develop effective sales strategies.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and maintain high efficiency.
* Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation software is a plus.
