**Job Title:** Import Analyst

As an Import Analyst, you will be the focal point for customer interactions, supporting all customer requests or directing them to the correct department. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with customers to provide the best solutions for their case management needs.
* Be the primary contact for customers, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
* Collaborate with the team to propose changes and best practices that improve processes and efficiency.
* Contribute to the innovation of the company by sharing insights and ideas on how to enhance performance.
* Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer cases by analyzing manuals and SOPs.
* Be available during working hours to respond to customer queries and requests.
* Adhere strictly to SOPs to guarantee correct handling of customer requests.
* Serve as the entry point between customers, terminals, agents, offshore offices, and origin ports to ensure seamless communication and request handling.
* Analyze customer requests and provide clear instructions on potential risks to all parties involved in the process.
* Manage Docusign handles and control LOIs received.
* Provide customer orientation on e-commerce tools.
**Requirements:
* Degree in administration, foreign trade, or related areas.
* Advanced English skills (essential for effective communication with customers and origin ports).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Previous experience in Import is beneficial.
