Overview of the role The Partner Success Executive position focuses on managing relationships with Senior Advisors - senior referral partners committed to generating leads through introductions. This role involves ensuring advisors achieve their lead goals through effective time management, process execution, and relationship building while maintaining engagement cadence, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing targeting strategies to drive high-quality introductions and conversions. Key responsibilities - Onboarding new Senior Advisors by establishing clear expectations around introductions, engagement cadence, and performance metrics. - Providing ongoing support to advisors as the primary point of contact, maintaining structured 1:1 meetings to track pipeline and engagement, guiding targeting strategy and ideal prospect profiles, and monitoring performance metrics. - Managing introductions and lead generation by qualifying prospects before engagement, connecting with introduced prospects in a timely and professional manner, managing follow-up cadence through conversion or disqualification, and handing off qualified leads to Sales Operations with proper documentation. - Driving advisor engagement by maintaining motivation and retention, facilitating participation in advisory tasks, events, and networking initiatives, collecting structured feedback to improve program design, and ensuring positive experience and long-term program loyalty. - Providing feedback to advisors on introduction quality and outcomes while optimizing targeting based on conversion data. - Driving continuous improvement by proposing process enhancements where applicable. Requirements - Account Management Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in Account Management or Business Development roles in similar environments. - US Market Knowledge: 1+ year of experience working with the US market in sales, business development, or account management capacity. - Energy and Motivation: High energy levels and self-driven motivation to achieve results. - People Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities and relationship-building capabilities. - Communication Excellence: Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills. - Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
