Role Overview:
This role is responsible for implementing and utilizing a business system to drive commercial excellence. The ideal candidate will provide support to local commercial teams with price analysis, sales force effectiveness, and training.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implementation and use of a business system to increase business efficiency
* Identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
* Support to local commercial teams with price analysis
* Sales Force Effectiveness & Training: Collaborate on sales effectiveness priorities and initiatives
* Establish and maintain performance dashboards in commercial for the region
* Deliver clear guidance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to the region for all businesses
Requirements:
* University degree in Business Management or related field
* Trilingual: English, Portuguese, and Spanish
* 10 years of experience in pharma or med devices companies, or highly regulated industries such as automotive and aerospace
* Relevant sales experience (Manager level preferred)
* Previous Commercial Excellence or related roles
