Graphic Design Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Specialist with expertise in visual storytelling, motion graphics, and modern design tools. As part of our dynamic team, you'll work on delivering high-quality creative assets across various formats and platforms.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Create engaging social media content, digital graphics, presentations, and brand visual systems.
* Design motion graphics, animated elements, transitions, text animations, and lightweight video edits for short-form content.
* Maintain consistent brand guidelines while infusing creativity and innovation into your work.
* Utilize AI and modern creative tools to streamline ideation, design variations, motion workflows, and content exploration.
* Collaborate with creative leads and project managers to ensure on-time delivery and address feedback.
* Maintain clean, organized files and uphold high standards of craft in motion and static work.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or hybrid creative role.
* Strong portfolio showcasing brand design, social content, motion graphics, and layout expertise.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong working knowledge of Figma and presentation design tools.
* Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, and brand identity.
* Ability to animate and design for modern platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, paid social, etc).
* Familiarity with AI or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway and Midjourney).
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines and evolving briefs.
* A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to embrace and act on feedback.
