B2B Key Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced B2B Key Account Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
* In charge of existing clients within assigned territories.
* Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
* Acquire new key accounts within assigned territories.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
* Prepare reports on account performance and sales forecasts.
* Collaborate with product development teams to provide client feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with clients.
* Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous environment.
* Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel & hospitality industries.
* Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B and new business segments.
* Project management skills.
* Proficiency in English as working language, Portuguese is required and Spanish is a plus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering results-driven strategies to achieve sales targets.
