We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Sales Team and support business development activities in the public sector across various countries.
Job Definition
To excel in this role, you will be responsible for scouting and assessing opportunities in the public sector via procurement portals in different countries. Additionally, you will support the preparation of proposals by gathering relevant data and documentation, create and tailor project references and CVs to meet tender requirements, and collaborate with team members to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
In order to succeed in this position, you will require:
* Fluency in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Strong knowledge in MS-Office, mainly MS-Excel, and MS-Teams
* Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
* Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, with a willingness to take ownership and learn quickly
* A strong interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
* Prior experience with procurement in the public sector is highly valued
