We are seeking a seasoned recruitment expert to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting diverse information technology roles, with a strong understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding
* Building pipelines of both LATAM and US-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies
* Leveraging various sourcing tools, such as internet research, boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling
* Evaluating applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews
* Posting job advertisements across relevant platforms, such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites
* Partnering closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly
* Maintaining data accuracy in the ATS and tracking recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement
* Developing scalable recruiting processes to support growth of our operations in LATAM and the US
