Job Title: Analista De Sre Júnior
Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Junior Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations.
* Collaborate closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements.
* Drive service enhancements and support the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform.
* Facilitate the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in English (Interviews will be conducted in English).
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Intermediate level skills in Excel, Office Suite, and Power BI. Entry-level knowledge of Project Management Tools and Insurance Knowledge is preferred.
