Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the project team's activities to meet business commitments and manage customer relationships effectively.
* Manage and escalate project issues and roadblocks in a timely manner.
* Ensure seamless project delivery according to established business commitments.
* Maintain consistent PM reporting to Envision Energy leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant qualification in engineering or project management.
* Minimum 5 years' experience as Project manager on major infrastructure projects leading a team of Project Managers.
* Wind industry experience is mandatory.
The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in people and project management methods and techniques, commercial management. They must also demonstrate courage to challenge, continuous pursuit of success and higher standards. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain effective communication with stakeholders is essential.
