Senior Sales Strategist
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead growth across the LATAM region.
* Develop and execute key account strategies to drive business expansion in LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Formulate and implement country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, effectively articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify untapped markets and protect share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
* Represent the organization at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
Requirements
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional food.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish; English is a plus.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent time management skills.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
