Requirements:
* At least 8 years of professional design experience.
* A diverse portfolio showcasing strong web and marketing design work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
* A keen eye for design, layout, and usability best practices.
* Effective communication skills in English.
* Able to present ideas effectively to both team members and clients.
