Job Responsibilities:
1. Engage in innovative structural design for new products, ensuring rationality, reliability, and novelty of new product structures;
2. Organize, coordinate, and follow up on reviews, trial molding, trial production, and mass production at all stages of new product development, resolving technical issues that arise during the process;
3. Compile technical documentation throughout the new product development process, ensuring process control documents comply with R&D protocols and relevant quality management standards;
4. Resolve technical issues and drive innovation/optimization for product components throughout their lifecycle;
plan and execute structural standardization and interface standardization for components.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or higher with fluent English proficiency;
2. Major inMechanical Design and Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, or related fields;
3. Proficient in design software including CAD, Pro-E, UG, and SolidWorks.
