As a Finance Franchise Sr. Manager, you´ll serve as a primary business partner for our private bottlers and play a key role in driving the growth and performance of the organization.
Among other activities, you´ll also be responsible for the link between Finance Franchise Brazil and our LATAM System Economics team managing financial planning and analysis activities.
**What You’ll Do for Us**:
- Finance Business Partner for all 4 private bottlers in Brazil.
- Develop close relationships with cross-functional teams and bottler finance counterparts to influence business decisions.
- Main point of contact between Finance Franchise Brazil and OU System Economics (wiring).
- Responsible for Opex understanding and reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and run scenarios on business initiatives and ad-hoc projects as and when they arise.
- Benchmarking across other Operating Units, competitors, and peer companies.
- Financial P&L forecast for long-term plans.
- Provide Financial input into new product/service development process.
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Masters preferred.
- 5 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance roles.
- Business/financial management experience involving influencing and negotiating with Bottlers and Customers, communicating effectively, managing against business needs, and collaborating with senior leaders.
- Ability to drive a balanced approach as well as understand/articulate tradeoffs to achieving business targets in an optimized way (i.e., volume, profit, timing, speed, risk, short-term vs. long-term metrics).
- Financial acumen including management accounting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, planning, value chain and system economics, marketing principles and risk management.
- Must be fluent in Portuguese and English.
